Agra Web Hosting will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Agra Web Hosting makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Agra Web Hosting disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Agra Web Hosting and its employees. Agra Web Hosting reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.

Terms of Service

Agra Web Hosting provides Domain registration and World Wide Web page hosting. Agra Web Hosting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided by Agra Web Hosting when Agra Web Hosting decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise.

DATA NOTICE – your data is your responsibility

We strongly encourage and notify all of our esteemed customers/clients to take backup of their own website, email, database on their home/office computers or on CD to ensure you have ready access to the data of your website, email, database in the event of web hosting server crashed or hardware failure of the web hosting server. Though we do not expect anything like this to occur but we want you to be prepared in the event that it does.

Please take backups of your all files related to website, email, database. Please maintain the back up of your all important emails by forwarding them to other/personal email id or by downloading it in outlook express.

We hereby informed all our esteemed customers that, we only provide space for website hosting, email accounts & database hosting. We DO NOT provide data backup services to any customer/client of our company. You should not assume that if you are hosting your website with us, you are free of your responsibility of having backup of your website files, emails & database.

Server Use

Personal, Professional and Business packages are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal, Professional and Business package holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner’s web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

Agra Web Hosting reserves the right to refuse service and /or access to its servers to anyone.

Agra Web Hosting  do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

Illegal Material – This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material – Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lead or obscene content.

Warez – Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide “links to” or “how to” information about such material.
