Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect e-mails from one electronic mail account to another, activate email filters, create autoresponders and protect your mailbox accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email mailbox accounts against junk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email boxes. Just select the email box you want to redirect messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
