Hepsia's File Manager section enables you to handle the content of your site with simple point 'n' click maneuvers. Right-click context menus allow rapid access to various file management options, whereas user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your computer in an instant. You will also find built-in file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to zip and unarchive files with ease too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop PC. The integrated drag-and-drop functionality will enable you to effortlessly move files between your PC and the web hosting server. Just select the file that you would like to upload from your desktop computer and then drag it over to your browser. The same goes for downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop PC. Furthermore, you can download files and even folders to your hard disk drive by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager interface, you can create a brand new file or folder with only one mouse click. All action buttons are handily located above the file/folder list and you can modify your files without difficulty. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, examine the contents of a file or change its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager interface, you will be able to zip and uncompress all types of files. It works incredibly fast - simply select the files you want to archive and press the Compress button. You can even select the archive file format (.rar, .zip, etc.). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a chosen folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager, you actually do not need any external software tools to update your files. There is an image viewer, which permits you to examine the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will in fact show up on the web. Additionally, you will find an array of integrated file editors, which will grant you complete control over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are designed for more knowledgeable individuals, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all source code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
